We loved this hotel! The electronic side to the checking in and even electronic keys was fun and really useful (you can arrive whenever you like). Someone is always on site if you have a problem or questions. I was told that they will soon be installing a key card dispenser for those who don’t enjoy the electronic key aspect. The room was super clean and the finish to the renovations were amazing (rebuilt in 1616 after the great fire). Breakfast was delicious. All local products, wide selection of goods, champagne and bacon and eggs are offered too. Service always with a smile and the lady was so helpful with advice on restaurants, visits, history of the hotel. The contrast between the high-tech sleeping area and the friendly welcome one the beautiful historical breakfast room is a great success. Well done! We loved this and will be back soon!

Room was fine - clean and comfortable - in an historic building, but with fresh, modern amenities, including bathroom. Dinner in the restaurant attached to the hotel was superb. Breakfast was in the hotel itself - also very good. Plenty of private parking on the hotel premises.

Access to the hotel room was keyless, via one's smart phone, which was fine, except that it didn't work when we tried to get back into our room after breakfast. Only a minor inconvenience, however, as a more conventional key was soon provided.

Our experience at this hotel was really nice. The check-in is digital which was very easy and accessible. The building itself is nice and located in the city centre. The room (double superior) was clean and the bathroom very nice. The staff was really friendly and careful, which we very much appreciated. We also enjoyed the shared coffee and tea machines!

The pillows of the bed were not super comfortable and some extra ones would have been appreciated; the breakfast was well prepared and made, everything looked good but relatively simple for the corresponding price

Clean, smelled very nice, location is pretty much perfect. It has a nice garden/terrace where you can enjoy a smoke also, which i did. Free coffee/tea/water at the end of the hallway, just outside the rooms.

There’s absolutely no staff, it’s so automatized, everything is online etc. It’s no big deal, but it takes a bit away from the charm.

modern design in old house town centre very pretty nice trees nice breakfast room two nice ladies very helpful . The manager lady was helpful and BOOKED US A TABLE AT A NEARBY RESTAURANTE .AND SAVED THE DAY. Room temperature nicely controlled .

Should be a bottle of complimentary water and coffee in the rooms . The shower trays are NOT none slip you have to use a towel or risk a fall.

Beautiful property, super clean and great breakfast! Would recommend including this in your booking as it was great quality and value for money with a wonderful host. The bathtub in our suite was also divine! And the restaurant on site very convenient with good food.

The only suggestion I have is to put another 2 pillows in the room for the bed for more comfortable.

Beautiful suite and fabulous bathroom, a few minutes walks from various eateries, free parking and in an ideal location. Would definitely return

In our view, dustbins should be emptied daily and the general housekeeping could be improved but overall it was a fabulous stay in a beautiful suite and would recommend to anyone

Easily the best experience I have at any hotel. I just showed up during peak season, and the staff went well out of their way to help me. The rooms are new, as they have been remodeling, and everything was fully stocked. Location is also great, well within walking distance of the Jardin des Carmes, Famenne and Art Museum, Chateau Jadot. There are also jogging paths nearby.

Room and bathroom definitely high quality with a lot of space and excellent finishes. Absolutely central position with good parking. Excellent breakfast with local and homemade products. Virtual key.

Lack of wardrobes or other places to store clothes and items. Lack of reception and physically present staff which can be a problem in case of special requests
