The hotel was excellent. Staff were very polite and friendly. The location was also excellent. Lots of good places to eat and drink all within a 10 minute walk. The facilities were great. For the whole week we were there we had the pool, sauna and steam room all to ourselves. Perfect timing you could say. The trappist monks abbey is well worth a visit although you can't go into the actual brewery but still worth it. Spent quite a few euros there buying beer etc so be prepared 🤣. Luxembourg was only an hour or so away so worth a day trip. We went by train. Wasn't expensive. About €20 each return.

Great hotel. You live like you are in a castle, with beautiful garden. The place was recently renovated, and all the furniture is new, so we were really happy to enjoy it. Free parking behind hotel, located in city center, super friendly staff. There is an elevator in hotel. Water, tea, coffee for free. Great stay and very calm and nice place! Can surely recommend!

- Bar was closed during our stay. The garden was so beautiful, I do not know why the bar was empty. - One day sauna did work, the next day not. Not a huge minus, we still could swim in the pool. - Air conditioning was not possible to control, so it was a bit hot in the room.

Lovely location - Breakfast was nice if quite expensive only did it for one morning, after that we found a local café, Room was nice but warm, if it had been hot weather it would have been an issue. Pool was good.

No restaurant for evening meal although plenty in the town, The Receptionist would only serve one drink in the bar and after that it was closed, not sure why - shame as the hotel bar was nice.

Fantastic location, great boutique hotel with a modern built separate building. The staff really made this hotel, from start to finish the best service received. Very helpful and attentive to all needs and requests! A truly 5 start experience!

Parking location was tricky to find, maybe some info via messenger for its location would be a good idea!

The place is amazing and well located. It is charming and clean! Everything in the hotel is tastefully decorated. It is a quiet and relaxing place close to many restaurants. Really a little jewel to discover!

The days of our stay were very hot. There was not air conditioning or fan. And I can understand is not necessary because it is not regular weather in Belgium. But We wanted to open the window unfortunately there was any mosquito net! The problem : a lot of insects were interested to visit our place! Mosquito hunting started!!! But this was really the only inconvenient.

Really nice stylish hotel with an interesting layout of the rooms, nicely equipped and situated in an convenient place. Big quiet rooms facing the garden. Nice swimming pool and sauna - a great place to relax after a day of walking. Helpful and friendly staff. Good coffee machine available all the time. A private parking place, which is a big plus in a city. And we especially enjoyed breakfasts with great choice of foods, including a variety of fruits.

The hotel exceeded our expectations and we didn't find anything we wouldn't like.

The hotel was very conveniently located and the staff was very kind. Breakfast was outstanding and the omelet that was made for us was incredible. The parking was super easy to access. The room was large and the view was gorgeous.

I wish we would have been able to use the pool and sauna. It would be great if the hours could be extended to earlier in the morning.

We liked the charm of the hotel very much, the terrace next to the hotel, completely isolated from the traffic, is fantastic.

Renovation work is currently underway, which is also very welcome for future guests, but this was slightly disruptive at our time

Hotel is beautiful both inside and in its gardens. Breakfast was fantastic. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location in the middle of the town is very handy for evening restaurants.

Car parking space was difficult to find initially.

Just a overnight stay, looks a nice hotel we were on a motorbike tour and stayed at Rochfort on way to Ypres, car park is large and secure all be it gravel (only a issue to bikes) hotel has pool and spa facilities which look good but we didn't use,Rochfort isn't too big and restaurants and bars are a easy walk.

Nothing really, but was surprised that a hotel which was very good didn't have tea and coffee in the room.
