Although in an urban location it felt secure and the parking was safe. It was tidy and the other guests quiet and respectful - just fellow roadtrip people on their way somewhere else. The staff were lovely and spoke good English. There were two sets of staff during my stay and both sets were exceptionally polite and helpful. I got my ground floor room for my disabilities and the shower had roll in wheelchair access and a seat. The beds were comfortable and had charging ports by each pillow. The breakfast exceeded my expectations for the price. Hot bacon and eggs were a highlight and there were pastries and yoghurt, fruit etc. Another top scoring point was that the coffee machine could be used for tea and coffee anytime and I really appreciated that. I think the low price is probably because the rooms are quite small - definitely not on quality because that's great.

Good location, easily accessible from the motorway for a quick stop for a night. Good size room, comfortable bed, good dark curtains. Sound insulation was excellent, it was surprising how quiet the room was given the proximity to the motorway. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The coffee machine in the reception is free to use for all guests.

The toilet didn't have a proper door, it was a cardboard thin sheet with a gap underneath, it felt like we had no privacy while using the toilet. The shower had a mild unpleasant smell.

The female receptionist asked if I needed help in bringing my baggage from the car to my room. We could also get free refreshments from the lobby.

We thought it was funny that there was a notice on the hallway door stating that the hotel really appreciates a quiet atmosphere. But when you open the door it makes a loud sqeeking noise! A bulb needed changing in the bathroom and the shower head was broken meaning you had to hold the shower head. Just a little more care needed. But we will be staying there again soon.

I had booked for the previous night but got held up on the highway due to a road closure, they allowed me to change my booking to 1 night later, this saved me having to book alternative accommodation

Room was hot and there was a trailer of dogs outside who cried through the night. Primarily feels like a transit hotel as there is not much to see in the general vicinity

It was quiet, comfortable and bathroom very clean. Reception change the room I had been allocated when they I had a breathing problem and couldn’t cope with second floor by stairs and no lift due to renovations .it was nice to have a multi channel tv unlike my stay a few days before. Bathroom floor had a nasty creak! No problem having my dog with me .

They were doing very well in the midst of renovation work, jts was hardly noticeable.

For a practical place where the family can stay the night whilst driving through, this place provided us with what we needed - a decent bed, a shower, and a breakfast to be able to drive on. A friendly welcome. It all looked clean enough to me. The beds were decent, as was the buffet breakfast.

Luxury here is limited, which you can only expect for the price. The rooms aren't exactly soundproof from the corridor noise, but neither are most hotels. The buffet is limited, from what Germans may expect, but you don't have to go hungry, and the coffee was to my liking.

Simply equipped, practical accommodation. Ideal for those travelling through. It was very clean and the staff were all very friendly. Uncomplicated check-in, even late at night. Of course you have to accept the location in the industrial estate. But there are plenty of parking spaces in front of the door.

The smell of cigarette smoke seeping through the open window. Perhaps other guests disregarded the smoking ban in the rooms.

The receptionist was outstanding, really friendly and helpful. There was a pleasant outdoor space to sit in. The parking was good and although all restaurants in Liege are closed on Mondays for some reason there are excellent pizzas for sale at the hotel.

Nothing to dislike.

The professionalism of all employees from the moment you enter..is a full concierge service,the rooms are impeccably clean,the wifi is powerful so us easy to do zooms etc, the Breakfast is very generous and the hotel do makes it it's business to provide you with a real good experience.

A fantastic hotel in one word. Comfortable, very affordable, and the staff is incredibly helpful. Yes, it’s a bit outside the city, but if you’re traveling by car, the location is excellent. They only charged us an additional €6 for our dog, and the parking was free.
