The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. They resolved issues with the heating, wifi, and TV promptly. The room was very large and nicely decorated and the bed was comfy. There was plenty of storage space. The bathroom was also large and I liked having a walk-in shower separate from the bath. The property was centrally located on the main square and the advance info about the parking possibilities was appreciated.

The main thing I didn't like was being able to hear music from the restaurant below, and (incongruously) from municipal speakers in the square outside. The staff did ask for the restaurant music to be lowered which improved things but really the sound-proofing needs to be better. The shower cubicle was in need of some tlc. Despite the large room there was no dressing table in the bedroom, and I had to stand in the bathroom to do my hair and make-up, which to me is unnecessarily difficult and inconvenient, although all too common these days sadly. Not the hotel's fault but be warned that every restaurant nearby was full on Saturday night, so you need to reserve. The only veggie option on the hotel's menu was a salad, so we ended up having to order a pizza.

Room was very spacious and very clean. Nice large bathroom, plenty of space. Noise from outside was acceptable. The hotel has a nice restaurant area and comfy lounge. Service was professional. We only took drinks and breakfast. Did not experience the restaurant... next time perhaps. :)

absence of a parking in the hotel is a small shortcoming. A space can be provided as well on the outside for an extra 15 euro. But plenty of public spaces on the square in front. Or else use public parking garages.

The hotel is clean, comfortable and located in a very nice place. The bathroom was spacious and everything functioned well. Everything was quiet. The breakfast selection was great, everything was fresh and delicious.

When room cleaning was not requested for the day, the new sheets were left on the floor in front of the door, which was a bit unhygienic. The bathroom door is made out of glass (matted in the center but feet are completely visible) so using the bathroom at night lit up the whole room.

Our room was really spacious and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and extra pillows are rarely available automatically like here. The breakfast was also really tasty.

The room was rather poorly lit and as we arrived late and took off early it was rather dark in the room even with all of the lights on. The light in the entryway and the lamplight didn't work at all. The coffee maker at breakfast was also one of the slowest ones we've encountered ;)

Very spacious room with air conditioning. Good Wi-Fi connection and I appreciated the local specialty cookie in the room upon arrival. Very friendly staff.

The hotel car park was a bit difficult to reach. There are lots of one-way streets around and if you don't know the exact location/street number of the car park, it's quite hard to get there in one go. I think it would help tremendously to give guests the street number.

Awesome food experience and perfect location in the heart of Maaseik, the center of Limburg Province close to Dutch (and even German) border. The people at both reception and bar ware extremely friendly and made me feel immediately at home (far away from home ...). Good food and conversation in an authentic place with international setting and local food and drinks

Centrally located, big rooms, big bathroom. Very good breakfast in the morning (was included in price, which makes overall price competitive and attractive). In 1 minute walk you have any type of bar/restaurant. Amazing bar just next street which is opened till late night (3-4 am). Room for bicycles parking, also with chargers for e-bikes.

Nothing to complain

The hotel is located in the city centre and have an open parking place right at the corner. The restaurant is really good.

When doing the invoice they were not flexible enough to do two separate invoices.

The rooms were quite spacious. Helpful information about parking in the town. Relatively new. Nice breakfast with all the standard ingredients. It was very good value for money. It is situated in a cute little town.
