Late check-in was organised perfectly. We stayed in a room in the new building. The room and bathroom was very modern and well-equipped with soap/conditioner/shampoo. The (double) bed was very comfortable. There was a second entrance to the room via a ramp at the back of the building; very convenient

The perfect experience ended when we went for breakfast. There was an additional fee of 20€ pp. Fresh bread was almost finished and was not replenished. Water to boil eggs was set at 70°C, so the boil timing did not match at all. Bacon was chewy. Pancakes were cold. Croissants were very greasy

The room was quite nice, very comfortable, and very clean. the facility has many rooms but the run felt very private and it was quiet. It's not a long walk to the zeedyck, a pleasant walk through the dunes to get there. Once on the zeedyck, there are many cafes and shops

Our room was on the ground floor and we had a garden view. If we had been on the 2nd floor our view would have been other rooms, which we think wouldn't have been as nice.

We only stayed in the location as we were on our way to the ferries. We arrived late but self check-in was very easy. Would have been nice to have had a look around as it seems very close to the beaches. Staff also very helpful the next day. For the price we were very happy indeed and would be happy to use again.

Beautiful hotel close to the beach. The swimming pool was great too. Every room has a balcony or a little terrace. Good breakfast with fresh pancakes.

Our room was very exposed, next to a path on the ground floor with everybody looking into our room and dogs walking on our terrace. A little hedge or similar would have been great to provide some privacy. There was not enough parking on the parking lot.

Fabulous location, easy walk through the dunes to the beach, wander south to Westende or north to Middelkerke. Lovely rooms, space for a family with 2 kids, with kitchenette for own catering.

Never understand why so many hotels have showers that are impossible to use without spraying water over the whole floor. How hard is it to install a curtain?

Hotel room was spacious and clean, good cleaning service throughout our stay, equipped with fridge, coffee machine, hair dryer and some toiletries. Walking distance to the beach, situated in between Middelkerke and Westende - short walk to supermarkets and restaurants. Friendly staff, free parking on the premises. Small outside seating area

No hand soap in the bathroom, wifi was sketchy at times, no water heater in the room. Room on the ground floor, unfortunately the outside seating area lacks privacy.

Travelling to the UK from Europe, we always stop at this location since we discovered it about two years ago. Very nice beach, super nice and convenient accommodation with excellent shower (great pressure and large space). Poppy, our vizsla loves it there, too. 😀

A modern updates hotel with variety of room types and great proximity to the beach. the room is well designed to have everything included and feels spacious. the bathroom is equipped with everything and superb. the beach is across the dunes (~5min walk)

My room didn't have handsoap. The privacy of the rooms is tricky as the door, window and terrace are all on the same side (same curtain). But other than that it was a prefect stay!

Fantastic place close to beach and also allowed to bring dogs. Definitely we will go back, its new experience to stay in this place buy was fabulous. fully equipped and very clean. We stayed for 1 more extra night coz we really enjoyed.
