There was no breakfast included in our package, as it was in the self catered apartment wing of the building. Breakfast would have been served in the hotel rooms part of the building, but we did not use that service. However, we did enjoy the cooking facilities in the apartment, which was was very spacious, clean and comfortable with good heating and showers.

The restaurant in the hotel was fine dining with a limited menu. If you want a standard meal you will struggle on site. Paddle board area sell snacks and the bisto in the leisure centre was always closed. We walked 20 mins to beach where we found loads of choice

Very spacious and modern. Everything you would need to enjoy your stay.

Toilets needed a deep clean due to both having yellow stains and scale around them. Also the silicone around the shower edge was black and needed replacing. We couldn't use our netflix on tv as we couldn't connect the smart tv and no USB ports on tv.

When arriving there were still dishes in the machine, a glass broke and we had to grab some glasses downstairs. And the couch, you could see they were used quite often.

Comfy, spacious rooms. Very nice to rest. Excellent location next to amazing swimming pool Vita Krokodil for little kids. Also playground and restaurant the Krokodil were very nice. Padel club accross with jumping castle also was a favourite.

The Hotel and Apartments are modern, good quality furnished. Kitchen is well equipped. TV and Internet super. Staff were friendly. Lots of nearby actives

Bedsheets were not all clean and some had stains and hairs, we couldn't use the bed in the master bedroom.

Modern, clean, well maintained, good quality equipment and a lof of space. Close to the beach.

The road in front of the hotel is a bit noisy during the night. I would add more cutlery in the kitchen.

Interior design and comfort, facilities with play room.

Mattress was a little too soft to may taste. TV does not allow any smart TV features to be used such as screen casting. Impossible to watch a movie stored on my own device, or use my Netflix account on the TV. Also, the fully equipped kitchen lacked one important tool for cooking - a good cutting knife. Otherwise, the kitchen was excellent.

The apartment was spacious and we wanted 2 double rooms not a room and sofa bed so this was the reason for our choice. We self cater so the facilities are ideal. Good size fridge, hob and oven good and dishwasher. Whilst sea not in sight we found the walk through the dunes to the beach and tram pleasant and only 10 minutes. All contact with the staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was cleaned and fresh towels daily. Car parking was good. We would return as we found the beaches beautiful, large sandy and clean and at Easter very quiet off the main town stretches. We travelled by tram to Ostend and to visit the Delvaux gallery in the other direction towards De Pann.

The pots, pans and plates were not pristine clean and I asked twice for a mirror light in the shower room to be replaced and it never happened. These things didn't marr our enjoyment of the place.

very comfortable apartment for our family of 6. Raymond was exceptionally helpful, he would always go above and beyond to make sure we had all we needed.

the kitchen utensils could be better. we cooked in one night and we missed a good knife, spatulas and others.
