Location and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean.

The pillows were not even worth having as there was no support from them at all even when doubled up. I think thicker pillows would not go a miss that support you as a pillow should. There was no restaurant facilities like other Ibis I have stayed at, however saying that you could get a pizza which i would recommend. The size of room was adequate for a solo traveller however two or more would be very cramped.

Right location for my needs

Shower tray treacherous when wet missing grab handles or at best a handle on the shower walls. Seeing the hotel is out of town most people would arrive by vehicle and a €15 euro charge per day for car parking puts the price up too high: didn’t have breakfast thought price was also too much

The room was not serviced during my stay. Finally asked after coming to hotel of third day of no service to do so as towels were very thin and not reusable. Through booking.com, it showed parking at the hotel but did not mention parking needed to paid. No staff when I left and I did not receive a final invoice which was way higher than through the booking. Upon checking in did not receive paper copy nor an email notice of billing. No coffee machine. No tissues. Got a second floor room for a seven day stay without ability to look out the window. I would give an overall 6/10, but do not want to be harsh.

We came at 9 o’clock in the morning, but could to get our room at 15 o’clock, it’s some not gut hostels rule, we didn’t understand it. It’s bad about this wasn’t any information on the internet page or in the booking order, and for parking we must to pay also, parking place wasn’t include in the price.

The hotel is clean and modern. Public transportation closed to the hotel, we took the tram every single day. The staff is multilingual and very helpful. Special thanks to the night receptionist.

I like the staff at this hotel. They were very friendly, helpful, and always available. I stayed in the hotel with my small dog, and the pet-friendliness of the hotel was amazing. It was close to the beach where you can bring your dogs all year without any problem. If you want to stay in a place with your pet and be able to go to the beach, this is a very good option. There were some supermarkets within walking distance which were very helpful as well.

The price of the stay was a bit more considering its location. Wifi was not working just outside the building.

Good place for plane spotting. Lovely outdoor area. Short nice walk to the beachside. Close to the shopping area.

Corridors and rooms could be vacuumed better.

Very clean, nice staff. The tram to go to Oostende and other coastal cities is 5 minutes away, supermarkets nearby…

Considering the price everything is perfect

Very nice staff also loved the dog and the younger lady had some nice dance moves late at night it was the fun staff

It is not our first time here, hence, we like it. Good value for money, car park, nice breakfast

this time the queue for breakfast was incredibly long. the breakfast area is too small. therefore, wake up early or don’t take breakfast. there are other nice breakfast places nearby.
