Room on the 3rd floor, very small elevator, steep stairway; If you open the window the noises from the road are very loud; difficult to interact because of chinese language barrier to the seniors; parking place in the second next street and no place to park in front of the hotel to unload the car; room was very small (see pictures)

The location was perfect for me and cleanliness was up to standard.

I did not appreciate one member of staff who was a little rude when I wished to add a guest for one night after missing their transport. Paying was not the issue, it was how it was dealt with.

I stayed at the hotel Claridge with my family (room for 4 persons) and I was surprised that actually, we got two rooms; one with a big bed and the second one with two single beds. Both rooms are equipped with a TV. The rooms were very clean, and the staff very helpful and friendly. The location is also very good, close distance to the train station, the beach and the Leopold park with attractions for kids. Very good breakfast.

We had an unstable Internet connection probably because we were located on the last floor.

Great little family hotel, 5 min walk from the beach front. Rooms are small but comfortable and very clean. You have everything you need.

Great family small business! Husband, wife and son! Always courteous, always available!

Narrow stairs! But luckily they had a small one person elevator!

Only downside was oriental lady (owner I think) should be friendlier to the guests , like smiling 😍

It was clean and the staff was super friendly. Not the biggest rooms but was really a good stay. But if you are not there to stay in the room its perfect. We where out until late so was just a place to sleep
