Clean and in good conditon. Comfortable bed and quiet room. Perfect for my one night stay before a course in Oostende Friendly and helpful staff. Easy parking

No complaints. I had to leave quite early so had bit of a rushed breakfast as it only opened at 07h30 so it would have been nice to have breakfast start at 07h00. Breakfast was a good varied spread for the room inclusive price.

Nice beach location

We arrived by motorbike and I asked in advance if we could park in their underground parking area. I was told to ask at reception on arrival. I did this only to be told all parking spaces had been reserved and there was nowhere to park our bike! I wasn't given an option of reserving a space when I originally asked! We then had to park our bike on the street near the hotel which we were not comfortable with.

Nice large rooms with a wonderful balcony with fantastic views (we were on the top floor). Great breakfast but it was super busy so quite a few queues trying to get food and coffee. Wonderful facilities for the children e.g. the soft play, ball pit and the swimming pool. The staff were great and gave us a takeaway breakfast on our last day as we had to leave very early.

The restaurant was too busy at breakfast. The staff in the swimming pool told a lady she could not wear a t-shirt in the pool it was clearly for religious reasons and I felt she wasnt doing any harm. Also our breakfast to take away was just sandwiches - I felt a better variety e.g. croissant, fruit, may have been better.

Room was large, nice balcony with a sea view, room was clean comfortable with a very good buffet breakfast

Very large hotel which resulted in having to wait for empty elevators to take luggage up or down, as a large hotel, staff were very impersonal, despite advertising on site parking at €14 no parking was possible, with very little on street parking available.

Spacious comfortable room with a balcony, and excellent views. Friendly staff. Good facilities. Good breakfast. Great location - Beach across the road and tram-stop outside the hotel = 5 minute ride into town centre

It’s a big hotel. Several floors. Plenty of people, and the lifts can get busy. Not much of a problem. It was all good.

It was very comfortable, and the staff were very friend and polite I'd definitely return to stay here, the location was beautiful watching the sun set over the sea 😃 😊

There isn't much I can say here, apart from along the sea front wasn't any restaurants open, and it was quite a long walk to center And a taxi costs around €18 to get there...

Large room, very clean, hotel is right at the sea, friendly staff, great breakfast selection.

There was carpet in the room while I’m allergic. I was informed at checkout that they have rooms without carpet; you just need to ask for this when booking. The window in the room towards the terrace could only be opened in full and not just the top part. This felt uncomfortable at night as the all the terraces of the same side of the hotel are easily accessible by your ‘neighbours’ - there is only a low metal bar separating the terraces.

the staff was very kindly the room was comfortable breakfast was OK we had a view on the city but at that side we had sun in the morning and a great part in the afternoon

the comfort in the bathroom was not really that well, because my husband is invalid. he couldn't make it by himself going to the toilet f.e.

spacious, clean room with a nice balcony viewing over the city. good bed, fridge in the room. it is a popular place amonst school groups (they stay on their own wing, no disturbance next to the hotel rooms) and retired people (dance and bingo on the ground floor). I did not mind that - everyone seems to be in a holiday mood and you can easily just relax in your own quiet room. Breakfast was very basic with very long queue for the coffee machine, but considering the price, it was more than enough. Tram stop right at the front of the door, 10 min to Ostende station. And...the sea is just 2 steps away from the reception!

Large room with large balcony and great sew view

Parking is disaster. Their own parking is not enough and the public parking nearby is limited time for 8 hours. There are some further public parking with a short walk distance. We tried to get information about parking before our stay but Vayamundo did not provide us good information about parking. The breakfast area is very crowded and food were not always filled up.
