I just loved the place and the people that I found over there. They were very kind and helpful and the installation are great. I made such a nice memories, I enjoyed a lot.

Everything was fantastic. Room waa great. Breakfast was great. Location great. Staff great!! We reached you site by bicycle and would definitely stay again. Thank you so much.

Food was superb. Facilities Superb. The alternative rooms were excellent. Clean and tidy. Wonderful town in a wonderful region. Most of the staff helpful and cheerful and spoke good English.

Our rooms were an annex. Did not realise the annex was down a side street seperate from the hotel so, felt very isolated from the main hotel. No air conditioning or tea/ coffee facilites ( maybe an English thing) Mini fridges were not working in either room so all the drinks provided were warm. Having said that, the management did find us alternative rooms in the main hotel which were excellent and with air conditioning, although they did add 200 euros to the bill for this, not a free upgrade. Our mini fridge did not work in that room either. Please also note, the property is in the center of town, not in the countryside that the photos on booking.com led us to believe. Would definitely stay there again but not in the annex

there could have been tea/coffee facilities in room, the shower in my room would flood the bathroom as the water came under the rubber seal on the door

Very good value for money. Excellent situated in the centre of St. Vith. Wellnes very nice, breakfast honest, cleanliness impeccable.

The relaxation facilities are very good indeed, especially for a hotel of this size: whirlpool, quiet room, sauna, steam rooms and swimming pool. The excellent tea on offer in the quiet room is certainly worth trying.

I mislaid some items, contacted the hotel, but never got a response back. I am unsure whether they located them or whether they did not. It would have been better practice to write back to me.

The spa facilities were great, very clean and modern, with a great relaxing atmosphere. The owner was always around, being attentive to any request and very kind. Our room was in the building right in front of the hotel, it was small but very well designed, it looked better than un the pictures. We ordered the 4 course menu at the restaurant the second night, thinking it was going to be probably too little (we like to eat well), but it was very satisfying, absolutely delicious, and again service was great! We would love to come back.

The matresses in our room were a bit too hard for our taste, maybe for other people that's fine. Only thing I didn't like at all was the scramble eggs in the breakfast (buffet) they looked like jelly and the taste was weird. Everything else was delicious.

So elegant, clean, comfortable. I had a hard day cycling and needed exactly what they offered. The restaurant meal and breakfast were great— they even had a nice garage to store my touring bike— thank you!

Comfortable room, smartly and tastefully furnished. We could park our bikes in the hotel’s own garage. Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast good. The wellness area looked inviting but we were on a bike tour and stayed only one night. The hotel is centrally situated within walking distance from the centre, where we ate out.

Very good buffet breakfast in terms of variety and quality offered.

Parking a bit random in the town, Belgium requires a disc and this includes public square which is very handy for the hotel. Not the hotel fault, just a practical observation.
