Check-in was smooth, and the reception staff were friendly. The hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes from both the airport and the bus station, right in the heart of town. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel has a quality feel overall. Breakfast is served on the top floor, offering nice views in an outdoor setting, though the selection is quite basic. There is no elevator, which may be a consideration for some guests. On the plus side, the shower has good hot water. There is ac in the room. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would stay here again.

The staff was very flexible and I was able to store my backpack for almost a week for free while I head to the jungle. They also allowed for a slight extension of the check out time with no charge. In addition, they were helpful and friendly, despite my limited Spanish. The breakfast spot at the rooftop was lovely with a great view of the Beni river. There seemed to be some past reviews that were not so good, and it seemed that the hotel had worked on it and improved. (great to have a hairdryer in the room! Did not expect that :))

Nothing much except that a divider or shower curtain will be great to avoid splashing water around the bathroom - i had to be careful not to slip and fall. There were some exposed wires on the walls- perhaps the hotel could cover it so that the room looks even better.

Centrally located hotel with great views over the river and the rainforest. Delicious breakfast included, which is served on the spacious terrace on the top floor. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable with aircondition. The staff is friendly and very helpful, giving tips on activities in/around the town and area. I enjoyed my stay here and can highly recommend this hotel! :)

Comfortable bed, clean, aircon and wifi worked pretty well, shower had warm water, included breakfast was basic but nice and served on the rooftop terrace with views of the river.

My card was charged in Bolivianos which was more than the advertised US dollar price on Booking.com. No elevator and rooms are on second and third floors

The room was of a good size, beds were comfortable except that there were no blanket at all in the cupboard just in case - the breakfast served on the terrace with a nice view was good, the shower too.

A blanket is needed in the cupboard. The Wifi is not strong inside the bedroom. The hotel is a bit on the expensive side.

Great view on top floor for breakfast. Very nice family run place. I had thought it might be noisy from disco nights downtown. However, I didn't have any issues with noise as tourism is way down in Rurre right now. Only drawback would be a lack of swimming pool.

Lack of swimming pool might be an issue to some.

Price was a rather high (compared to other places in Bolivia), but maybe the price range in Rurre generally is higher than in the Altiplano.. rooms don’t really have a cosy flair

Clean rooms,, linenes and towels. Bed was very comfortable, shower was hot and room was very large.. Good location near restaurants and tour companies. We only needed fan during the day, no ac needed in August. We didn't have breakfast. It was Sunday night so was very quiet but may be noisy on the weekend, but it would be hard to get away from the noise and it's a small town. Great value.

The only problem was the fan was very noisy and wobbly but we didn't need it at night so u It was fine.

Clean, good, friendly staff, professional, and a good location!! They even let me take a shower when I returned from Pampas… Free of Charge!! Very accommodating!!

Breakfast could be slightly better..

Large, clean, comfortable, well-appointed room in the very centre of town. Family run. Very quiet, due to double-glazing, and the fact the hotel is one street back from the river, so there's no noise from boats. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the family owns a decent tienda next door. Air conditioning worked well, and wifi was strong. A great place to stay. Would recommend highly!
