The pool is great and fun for kids. Local is beautiful. Activities were nice - for grown ups as well as for kids.

The room looked "very used". Need some painting, new beds and some silicon on the showers. The location is great for families with a car/taxi, but you may think twice if you don`t have a car. It is far from the city center. To eat dinner spontaneously at the restaurant, it costed 3 times more than if you book the food for the whole week beforehand. It was missing a sauna!

The staff (25+ ppl we met) aside from one single person was very very nice, polite and accommodating. The complex is just amazing. My husband and I don't know if we lucked out, but the room we stayed in was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G and I made sure to THANK the front desk clerk who put us in it. It was far from the noise from the daytime activities (I'm autistic and it would've been a struggle for me to be around so much noise if unwanted) If we desired to be around the noise, we could. However if we wanted to chill by the beach, no noise was heard. I spend a good 3-hour time between 23h and 2h (on one of the nights) just listening to the soothing sounds of the waves -- just outside of my room). I praise their worry on security. Every corner had a security guard and even though this is Rio, I felt 100% safe there. We are planning to go back when we celebrate our 15th anniversary.

The employee that handles the rental of kiddie cars was a tad rude. My husband saw one of those electric bikes inside the "shop" and asked if there was fun for grown-ups as well (since the electric bike was there). The staff member was very smug and said the only one allowed to ride that was "the owner's daughter", but we could try our luck asking about it at the reception (Sounding like we all knew it was no use -- deceptive, if you will). The ring of it was "off" compared to the way everybody deals with the guests. A simple "no, it's not available" would suffice. I can't even explain it, to be honest.

Great for family with lots of activities and very comfortable stay

No internet connection in the rooms, that is a huge inconvenience, cannot connect even with own internet or network

Privat Bungalow next to the third pool. The breakfast had plenty of options.

The outside of the bungalows need new paint. We assumed the Jacuzzi on the patio didn't work because it looked broken, and there were no instructions whatsoever about it. Lunch and dinner had no variety day after day

Very good location. Step out of the resort and you are at the beach. Food was very good - Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Very solid variety and quality.

Some of the apartments and part of the resort facilities need repair (which is planned).
