The pool areas are 10/10. The views from the restaurant and pools are amazing. Loved the spa - had a wonderful massage here. Staff very friendly and helpful. It’s a bit of a walk uphill/downhill to the beach and the restaurants but we quite liked the exercise and the peacefulness.

The hotel rooms are a bit unloved and basic. We had to move rooms because we originally were given a room with a very old bathroom which did not feel clean. This hotel could be a top 4 star if they did some maintenance and updating in the rooms and included a few nice touches. Air con machine was very very loud.

The staff was super friendly and happy to help. They were super polite and always ready to answer our questions and requests. The hotel is located a bit further out from the main busy areas but still is an easy walk to most beaches. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet in the evenings!

The room we got was quite small so there wasn't much space to open our suitcases nor to dry out the wet swimming costumes. A few extra power outlets would have been appreciated to.

Staff was great, breakfast great, octopus lunch outstanding. Great views from rooms. Be prepared to walk up & down hills to beach and many stone stairs to view rooms. Location near the beach & DT area. Public areas lovely. Great to have a spa on the premises. Massages were very good & reasonable.

Decking needed some upkeep. Rooms are very simple. Also, definitely need to offer free water in the rooms as walking 60-90 stairs to rooms at night w/o replenished water was really a drag!!

lovely hotel inserted in the hills of Buzios with sea view. amazing nature surrounding the hotel. staff was wonderful. nicely simply decorated rooms. the breakfast was simply fantastic!

the rooms need some little care, they are a bit run down (details like doors, covers with old stains, stained bathroom floors etc). if it rains a lot, there was quite a lot of water getting into the room. the rooms are inserted in the nature so it won’t be appropriate for people with fear of big insects etc. accessibility it’s also not suitable for people with disability.

property is excellent. very comfortable with an amazing view. great breakfast.

nothing about the property. however, at check out we were almost charged 700 reals overprice (the price of the first night that had already been paid). there were also some additional optional fees we hadn’t agreed to that were added by default. we had to double check several times to ensure the final amount was correct. I expect better from a hotel of this standard. otherwise, everything was excellent and the staff was great.

It is a beautiful boutique hotel with fabulous views, attentive staff and excellent spa.

The bathroom would benefit from upgrading. It was ok for us but the hotel is at the top of a steep hill, hence the fabulous views!

We stayed in the premium room, with a beautiful view to the beach. The breakfast was amazing with a lot of different choices every morning. The staff was super kind and always helpful with anything we needed. The hotel is beautiful, with an amazing view and very well located.

We had to take a pricey room if we wanted to have a nice one. Most of the rooms are not that good and modern. Also they are not soundproof.

The place is beautiful, the service is amazing from the time you walk in at the hotel. The hotel is nicely decorated, the breakfast is really good. The view is wonderful.

The friendly staff were excellent, with tasty food and Caipirinhas. Great views. Walking distance to Centro a lot of great shopping!

The bathroom drains were a little smelly. If you air the room out, the smell disappears.
