The higher point of our stay was de staff: all three did the best to fulfill our requests: Francisco, Gustavo e Senhor Dudu. They deserve a promotion, specially Francisco e Dudu. I did not meet the cook, but she does a very good job, as the breakfast was ready and delicious. I would stay there again, although it’s a lot pricier for a simple place. The room is small, but very clean.

A lot more expensive than higher quality accommodations in the Capital, São Luís. Rooms are small.

The room only has a single lightbulb, so it's either strong light (on) or dark (off) - having an extra small lamp would be great

Nice, clean and confortable hotel. Staff helpful and friendly. Not so close from the city center, but cab is easy and cheap to catch.

The hotel provides us the basic things we need to have a good stay

Big room, on the river, pool, breakfast, reception was helpful with tours and taxis, clean and safe, little supermarket beside the hotel.

It’s a little far from the centre for walking and the taxi charged us 20real each way

The staff is helpful. Also there's secure parking. Nice view from balcony.

The room was not comfortable. Hot water didn't work, so we needed to move to another room. As far as comfort concerned: for example, they do not have night light (only one bulb in the center of the ceiling) and picture on the wall. In overall, this looks not friendly. The location is a bit far from everything – no problem when you're on car, but for walking it's far away.

The receptionist was very kind.

The taxi driver service was extremely expensive (50 Reais for 5 minutes). There were no windows in the room. The hotel was quite far from the city centre.
