Noise at night

I liked the service, the recepcionist was polite and helpful.

I didn't like the facilities, it looked old and poorly maintained.

Location is good, close to main attractions, access routes shops, etc The breakfast is included in the fee , although very basic and the same each day (ham cheese, watermelon, pineapple , papaya and breadrolls)

The hotel is run down e.g. front pavement and grass not maintained, there is a nightcub in the hotel which goes on till 5 in the morning, there is no fridge or kettle in the room, matress worn through, dust in cupboard, oven and extracter fan in room but no utensils whatsoever, weak wifi, no complimentary water or tea, no english speakers, only portuguese. It is shown as 3 star but barely meets 1 star criteria

Absolutely nothing!!! Not even the staff.

Really run down. It needs major repairs. Extremely dusty!!! Sheerts & towels are old. They charge R$30 for a breakfast that is not even edible. Skip the breakfast AT ALL COST.

The people working there were super nice

Internet was not compatible with Mac Users, bathroom was old and had a weird sound. Hotel in general was run down.
