Excellent location, nice room, very helpful staff. A very good place from which to explore the city - or do whatever one has planned to do.

Breakfast could be organized better. The space is inadequate for the size of the hotel, as was obvious on 9 June, when they were people queuing in the lobby, some waiting for more than 10 minutes to get seated. Also, on the very next day, when I left my table to pick up something, leaving my glass and the note that the table was occupied, I came back to find the table occupied by another person. Poor organization - quite unnecessary for such a nice hotel.

The room was thoughtfully furnished with handy amenities such as an iron, ironing board, ample desk space, and a fridge, making for a practical stay. The room's temperature and soundproofing was good, and being on a high floor provided further insulation from street noise. The breakfast was superb, no need to go outside for breakfast. The hotel's proximity to a shopping mall right across the street was a bonus, offering easy access to dining and retail options.

The in-room snacks were enticing but notably overpriced—a minor inconvenience given the close proximity of the shopping mall.

The room was clean, internet was decent, the gym and pool were nice (outdoor area). The hotel is in the district with all of the other hotels and it is easy to get around with Uber or walking. The breakfast was nice with a decent amount of selection as well as a made to order tapioca bar. Staff was able to accommodate early check-in from 8am at half-price rate that included breakfast.

Check-in takes a couple of minutes longer than a typical hotel, you'll be waiting a while if there is a line.

Breakfast was great. Rooms were comfortable. I got a triple room with two big beds for the same price. I kept my luggage for 2 days in the hotel as I had to travel to another city for 2 days. that was super helpful for me.

The A/C control we found in the room didn't communicate with the A/C system. The room was getting super cold, so I found another control panel close to the vent and the only thing I could do was to shut everything down. Since outside the temperature was very comfortable in the room too we felt very well.

The breakfast was very good. Overall, loved the variety of the breakfast. We enjoyed the humidifier in the room as well as the steam "iron" to remove wrinkles from clothing.

Egg Omelettes, made to order, would be a great option to add to the breakfast menu - as tapioca, is made to order, options are available.

I looked forward to the breakfast every day. The quality and variety were impressive. I was also impressed with the wifi, which was one of the best I have experienced in a hotel. The staff were also very friendly and always immediately helpful.

Some things were not refilled on a daily basis in my room such as coffee.

I HEAD A STRONG ALRM NOISE IN THE AR CONDITION , THEY WERE UNABLE TO FIX . AND I FIND VERY UN FRIENDLY TO ASK A ENTRANCY PAYMENT AND AFTER THE REST DEBITED ON MY CARD BEFORE THE END OF MY STAY AS I WILL DON'T PAY. SHAME

Everything was great! Breakfast was amazing, staff were very polite and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

They should leave some towels close to the pool, it was a bit annoying going all the way to the reception and back to the pool.
