The setting by the lake was perfect. There is a good bar, restaurant and shop onsite. Plenty of parking spaces around the property. The grounds are very well maintained. An added bonus was the family of capybaras in the grounds.

The kitchen facilities were limited e.g. no bowls for breakfast cereal. The room has some wear and tear e.g. the main blinds have some missing drops and they don't open fully.

Check in desk is hard to find

the location map was completely wrong, and i just checked again. It is still WRONG (see attachment). I was looking for a location close to coffee shops where i could do a lot of work on my laptop work (digital nomad) and which was close to Smartfit gym where i am a member. i was not looking for a resort where nearly everyone has a car, and is a couple or family. Also the address is not recognised by Uber so i put in Joohshop which is the exact same location on the map, but of course it was wrong. if i didn't speak portugues i would worry the 2nd Uber driver was going to rob or kidnap me because he drove a long way from the Booking.com map location
