I liked that the garage always had parking spaces available. I also liked the security man outside at all times. The breakfast was good, constantly refilled and fresh. I like the view of my room window to the major official buildings in Brasilia!! I saw the sun rise 3 times. Beautiful! Cleaning staff was extreme friendly towards me and my small pet as well!!

I didn’t like the shower, it was old, cracked and splashed water is every direction except for toward lol I also didn’t like that I had to call the front desk 3 times to get extra towels sent to my room before I could take a shower making me late for my appointment. I hated the fact that you’re paying good money but I wasn’t allowed to walk out the breakfast area with a mug of coffee even though I’m bringing it to my room to drink at my own leisure. That was annoying because I’ve stayed in other great hotels and never have I ever been told no “you cannot bring your cup w you”… anyways.

The restaurant was not good at all. Waited 1hr for a soup for dinner and breakfast of low quality compared to other hotels of the same level. Not enough choices, too much carbohidrate (breads, etc), no gluten free options, no boiled eggs. In addition, food was not replenished and silverware missing. If no significant changes are made at the restaurant I will problably choose another hotel next time I travel to Brasilia for work or pleasure.

The hotel is very comfortable with big beds, and all amenities needed for a city break. It’s well located on the hotel sector and very convenient to get uber and move around the city. Breakfast and the food is generally good and the staff is really helpful and always nice. We always stay at the hotel when in Brasilia. Highly recommend.

It is well located, the staff was helpful, breakfasta was great.

The general AC made a lot of noise in our room so they switched us to a different one, were the noise was there but less disturbing. However, the room has two single beds not a queen size. The TV is the new room did not work, they took a whole afternoon before fixing it.

Very clean, nice staff, very comfortable bed. Very good location. The downside was the breakfast that was not very good, many carbohydrates options but not many protein alternatives. Overall, it is very good value-for-money.

Even the water was charged, for a 4 star hotel there should have been a better toilet kit including slippers

A coffee maker in the room would be good, perhaps an iron, and water bottles each day would be nice but none of this was available.

The location is perfect. The staff is extremely friendly (especially Ana Paula, the receptionist), and the breakfast is awesome.

The TV channels are limited. The TV set promises streaming platforms, but I couldn't access any of them.

Location was great. Near the government buildings. 5 minute walk to a shopping mall. Air conditioning worked great and was needed. Nice breakfast and able to sit and eat outside.

Room was small. Having 2 suitcases was cramped.

Breakfasts at Ramada could be better if there was more staff assigned to breakfast preparation and if the space for the display of breakfast items could be bigger. Apart from that breakfast items were tasty

The containers used to store fruit juices are too small. Guests sometimes fill their glasses twice leading to a shortage for guests coming after them. Juice mugs need to be larger
