Nice location; polite staff. Beautiful, bright , clean rooms. Awesome attentive cleaning staff. Everyone that came in the room to clean was very attentive and kind towards my pet. Great assortment of food at breakfast time!

The only things I would say were semi-negative; the pet fee is absurdly high specially because my dog is a therapy dog and R$170 per day is crazy, she’s only 4 pounds /2.5 kilos! They didn’t offer anything for her stay, no bowl, towel, or peepads. Not having a laundry room that is up to the guests to use, specially for long stayers like myself for 7 nights… not been told where the pool was at check-in and not having a sitting area outside the hotel and the phones in the rooms are really flimsy.

I booked this hotel for a weekend trip and was very satisfied. The rooms are small but clean and modern. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast buffet is decent. The hotel is located across from a couple shopping centres with lots of dining options (including take away) and the hotel is centrally situated for exploring Brasilia.

The fitness room is a bit basic but adequate for a quick workout on the go.

The room is not very large but clean, bright and has almost everything you need. The hotel is in front of 2 shopping centers, with many facilities. Staff is helpful and everything in the hotel is new and proper. Beds are excellent.

In the room, there is no hygienic shower for the toilet, which is a real problem for me. Breakfast is ok, not that I disliked it, but some days the coffee is not strong enough for my taste.

I love this hotel. Nice rooms. Modern. Great bed. Nice sheets. Good shower. On the weekends the price is good. During the week it is 2-3x as expensive and then doesnt make sense to stay here. When it is cheap, I always stay here.

They could pay more attention to the quality of the breakfast. Quality of eggs and bread in particular.

Good value for money for a business trip but dont book if you need to use a gym or swim.

The gym and pool are not functional and need to be modernised. The pool is not for swimming, it is too shallow.

Convenient location right next to a great mall. Breakfast was excellent. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly.

The water pressure in the shower was very low. Pillows were flimsy and uncomfortable.

The location was very convenient for my work meetings. Breakfast was ample and I had lunch once and found it to be great value. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

Lovely hotel, well located with incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Room has a great size and is well equipped and comfortable. Good bathroom with nice amenities. Breakfast, pool and gym are great, too.

I liked the breakfast, view, panoramic elevator. The staff was so nice. The bed was comfort and the room is enough large.

There was nothing to complain.
