This is a very good and well located hotel. Staff is really professional and friendly; the indoor swimming pool is excellent; breakfast is great with a great variety of food including healthy options. The room and the bathroom are very comfortable and of good size. All good.

The internet works in a very peculiar way. An IT person has to "liberate" (whatever that means) your devices one by one if you want to have good internet.

The location is great, within easy walking distance to the bus station, the metro and the main attractions in Brasilia. Very comfortable and at a good price too.

I wouldn't recommend the room service - it was difficult to order and the food wasn't great. There is a big shopping mall next door with a food court that offers much better and cheaper options.

I liked the location of the Hotel, the breakfeast, the warm pool and my room that was amazing! So comfortable.

I didn´t like the staff because I haven´t so many contact with them, and their were reserved. Otherwise, I think the room could be better ventiladed.

The staff were SO delightful. The food at the breakfast buffet was literally TO DIE FOR, one of the best breakfasts in country honestly. I keep saying if i go back to Brasília, id stay here again just for the breakfast

The air is so dry it was hard to sleep, had to drink lots of water all night, but that's Brasilia for you. Maybe they could put a vaporiser in the rooms? Swimming pool more of a dipping area, and strangely located next to the restaurant, but good to have

We have been to many hotels and in different regions of Brazil. Everywhere the breakfast is abysmal. This is the first hotel that has a really delicious breakfast that can be compared to the European or Turkish level. And in general, everything is fine—nothing to complain about.

A little drip from the air conditioner.

Everything was excellent. No complaints. The staff kindly found out it was my birthday, and sent me a cake and card, that was sweet!!

Delightful place. Great staff, beautiful room, comfortable bed. Breakfast was superb. Great location.

Nothing to see here

The hotel is in a very good location, the shopping mall is just 2 minutes to walk . The rooms are comfortable and the staff specially Viktor on the reception is very helpful ! thank you

The restaurant is too cold with the aircon , I would suggest to setup a more comfortable temperature there which is not so cold ! i dodnt want to stay there long because of the cold temperature 😀 The gym has not many equipment! Need at least more dumbells there .
