Great customer service, this experience was excellent. We loved everything. The breakfast was the best we had in Brazil. All of this for a very good price. Thank you and we will definitely return.

They told us that they only charge 20% of the stay upfront. We had to pay the other 80% of the stay when we left. We informed them that it’s not how it usually works when we book with booking.com and she said we had to pay then

Great place, good breakfast

Its location is right besides the city parking lot, a lot of noise early in the morning and even during the night. Besides its pet friendly, there were some guest with dogs, and they were leaving the dogs at the room when they left for other activities, the dogs were barking and crying since 7am woke me up a few times, even after I complained to the hotel
