The room was clean and spacious, the staff very friendly and several spoke enough English to make us feel comfortable. Breakfast was great. Nice location

There was no way to get hot coffee or hot water for tea. We learned to bring an electric kettle from other reviews. We recommend that the hotel make some source of hot water available. Also it would be nice if the hotel could provide some free bottles of water. Again, we brought our own.

The location fitted me best, as it is extremely close to the University campus. The included breakfast offered a broad variety of meals, which were tasty. The room was clean and equipped with everything needed

The windows of my room were oriented to the road, and sometimes I felt it lacked sound isolation.

Room size, breakfast, facilities, staff friendliness

The rooms are not well sound isolated. I could hear the alarm of the person next door who decided 4 am was a good time to wake up, and then postponed it every 30 mins until 7am. You can also hear the people in the corridors and the loud snoring from others on the same floor.

The room was very spacious. The hotel is located on a street with little traffic so it is very quiet in the night. Ample space for private, free parking. Good breakfast.

The hotel is next to University in Sao Paulo and a Catholic church.

Breakfast is good, but they serve the same food for the whole week ! A variety would be so easy to implement without extra cost. It is rather far from city center or a shopping mall. Need ventilation in the hallway due to high humidity in a rainy day.

The rooms are very big and confortable. The breakfest is the best and the staff are really nice!
