Location was fantastic. However balcony rooms can be a bit noisy at night. Reception staff very kind and helpful. Rooms cleaned every day.

The staff at breakfast were not very attentive. Water was always empty. No glasses for juice. They were often chatting in the corner and not noticing that tables needed clearing etc! But the choice of food was great. Bathrooms are really tired and old. But functional.

First time I got the premium room - we loved. I won't stay in any other room other than the Premium :-) Much bigger, the bed and the bed sheets and blankets were super comfy.

The sink in the bathroom was plugged all the time you would use, you guys need to do some plumbing work to make sure we can Brush our teeth without having all that water sitting in the sink.

Location

Only bad thing was the water shower that was cold, after talking to the employee they told me that they had a pump issue, anyway I had to take a cold shower while tempeture outside was 16 degress

The hotel staff is very attentive and personable. The breakfast was excellent. And the location is perfect for walking the main square to enjoy the shops and restaurants.

The elevator needs serious maintenance and the beds were way too hard for me (but just a personal preference).

Beach service, one staff inform us just go to the beach and there will be someone waiting for you, but when you arrive the beach, not seeing this “someone” and we got a chair and umbrela by other.

The location of this Hotel is excellent, you can literally walk everywhere downtown.

Location is amazing, you're at the right point of Campos do Jordão. Can get to anything nearby easily.

A great location with restaurants and entertainment an easy walk away. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was plentiful.
