the location is great. very short distance to the city center. breakfast is also very good. nights we’re chill so we could use the sauna which was quite enjoyable. as soon as you finish breakfast we met a tour Agnes giving tips and offering tours making it easy to navigate the highlights the city has to offer.

the rooms were a bit small to my liking and we stayed in a premium with an upgrade. I wonder how large families or travelers with big luggage handle that.

Restaurant was a bit disappointing, Limited menu, past dish not hot enough, carbonara not well done and too costly for what was served. Service too slow, too. Only one option of red wine served per glass. Breakfast buffet could be better, and service again was too slow.

I chose this hotel for its location, rooms offering a view and the breakfast, and I was not disappointed! My room was clean, my bed was comfortable, and the bathroom offered everything one needs, including a hairdrier upon request. The view from my room was also pretty good. I appreciate the attention given by the friendly staff, and it was helpful having someone helping my park my car. WIFI connection was pretty strong. The breakfast exceeded expectation: other than the usual fare, there were pancakes, chia seeds to go with the cereal, fresh coalhada, crunchy bacon, and Italian soda! A very worthwhile stay.

The hotel is really beautiful, the bedroom is equipped with a great bed and a lovely view of the city, and is located near one of the hotspots for tourists of the city, filled with nice restaurants and stores.

The Wifi connection was a little bit weak during the first couple of days of our stay, getting better afterwards.

A legacy hotel in a good location, except for the street the hotel faces which generates a lot of traffic noise up until midnight or so and recommences at about 6 AM. The soundproofing of the rooms is definitely inadequate. The daily breakfast is very good and well served by the staff. Room cleaning staff are excellent. Front desk people are very attentive.

The check in took one hour which seemed excessive, there were few groups checking in at the same time. The bathroom was due an update.

Great location to explore the city by foot. The hotel has valet parking, a delicious breakfast and the restaurant food is amazing. The rooms are cozy and comfortable. The best part of the hotel is the staff though, always attentive and friendly. A big thank you to the reception staff and to João from the bar/restaurant.

Cleaning staff need quieter walkie-talkie as the beeping sound is disruptive in the mornings

I liked everything. Everyone working there was kind and polite, willing to help with any questions from us. Very clean and big breakfast buffet. They have bikes available and all facilities advertised were available as well.
