The room was very comfortable especially the beds. Lots of good pillows and quality mattress 😴 we all slept well. The T.V. had a wide range of channels. I was able to watch a few good movies in English. All the employees were polite and attentive.

Wasn't able to enjoy the beautiful pool area. We never made the time. Our fault.

The staff were very helpful. My Português was rudimentary at best but Santamaria spoke English and was great. She was very helpful and went out of her way to make our stay pleasant. Very good breakfast.

There’s not much in the area around the hotel, but it Ubers are plentiful, a good price and the drivers were friendly.

A Major hotel, centrally located, with a small supermarket within walking distance. As well a full range of groceries etc, this market had a good range of beers/wines/spirits. We ventured out to a larger centre, that was more boutique in style.

We had no complaints at all. The high temperatures, 40c, stopped us venturing further.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, although the pillows could be improved. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Parking the car was a breeze with the complimentary valet service.

If you do not want toilet paper flushed down the toilet, the waste basket on bathroom needs to have a cover!

Location is super! Close to very nice restaurants and easy to go to downtown. Breakfast is very good as well... good variety of warm dishes, bread and freshly made fruits

I liked everything... mayb the A/C was too strong at the reception area. I had to wear jackets for the breakfast. But in a hot city like Cuiaba, it is not a problem. :)

Good room: simple but nicely decorated room with big King-size bed and good shower. Good breakfast with helpful and cheerful staff. Good concierge.

It would be prudent to have more English speaking staff, as quite a few of the visitors don’t speak Portuguese.

It’s a business / convention type hotel. A bit impersonal.
