The staff is very friendly, the rooms are spotless, a very confy mattress and pillows.

The AC's LED is always on, it is impossible to turn it off and it light the room. As I prefer it very dark, I had to put a tape on it to block the light.

The beds were very comfortable, staff was very accommodating when we asked for anything special, very clean, close to stores, quiet, and safe.

The room was a good size and very clean. The breakfast was very good with a wide selection ( as long as you have no allergies) and my evening meal was also excellent.

There was not much choice for someone who is gluten intolerant, so i had fruit for breakfast. Compared to other places we've stayed I thought it was a little bit expensive.

The hotel looks nice from outside, it can be praised for proper security for vehicles, also for a large and clean room. The staff was friendly and I received a very valuable advice on the important local cultural fair type of event. I appreciated that I was offered to choose the floor for my room.

The location was somehow far from everything. A sort of supermarket was across the busy street, but with no zebra crossing anywhere in sight. Poor reading lights in the room, which matters to me. Surprisingly, hotel has no brochures or other proper information at all on Pantanal, which I believe is the main reason why - at least foreign tourists – visit Cuiaba. Instead, I got a business card of a so-called tour agency “Jaguar ECO Travel”, which I accepted and the guide turned out to be a scam of serious proportion; I paid a fortune of money, and in Pantanal I stayed in the worst and ugliest quasi hotel in my life. The hotel Inter must be prudent and careful whom they advertise and recommend to their own guests.

There was a gym, the restaurant served lunch and dinner + all day room service.

1) A lot of spider webs in many places. 2) there was a guest smoking in the room / corridor and despite my complains, it took them 3 days to take action. 3) the food was good, however we ordered through room service a dish that we’ve ordered many times at the restaurant and the portion was half the size for the same price. We complained, they gave us an extra portion and excused for the mistake. 4) they need new furniture in the restaurant. That doesn’t look like a five stars hotel.
