If you kitesurf this is an excellent place to stay! The apartments are large and spacious with plenty of storage space. All the bedrooms are a decent size. The kitchen has pretty much everything you need to prepare basic meals. There's a large water dispenser (contact the property and they can order a new 20ltr bottle). Showers are hot, but take a while for the hot water to come through. Beds are comfy (double mattresses and reasonable pillows). The gardens have plenty of space for drying off kiting equipment. There are a few pools throughout the gardens (the water is clean and chlorinated). There's direct access to the beach from the gardens through a gate with PIN code access). The grounds have 24hr security, so the whole area is safe/secure. Other than one beach club next door (which has a restaurant), the main town is a 10-15 minute walk along the beach/along the road. There are several supermarkets in town - Supermercado Super Cumbuco is the largest and has the largest selection of produce (fruit, veg, meat, fish, dried goods - everything you'll need).

Everything was great.

The pictures advertised are correct, it is beautiful, by the beach, well taken care of. Close by there is a restaurant with many local food options. If you walk 5 minutes, there will be even more. The swimming pools of the hotel were great for our son.

The Wifi was really slow and not uniformly available at the property.

location is perfect, right over the beach and on the far end of Cumbuco on the quite area, but still very close to the center of the village, walking distance.

waht i didn't like was quickly resolved on my arrival, the bungalow on the side of mine was under renovations but they moved me immediatly to one far from the works.

Second time staying here, and loved it just as much. It's a beautiful place and great location. Love dream beach

Some basics like hand soap, paper towels in the kitchen, etc. would have been nice.

The location, the space and the whole condominium are excellent! Just like the pictures, the staff is great and helps with whatever is needed. We will come back for sure :)

The dishwasher had dirty dishes inside so that we re-washed all the dishes and cutlery before use, just in case.

The property was amazing. The condos were roomy and beautifully decorated. The hammocks were an amazing addition which we enjoyed. The view of the pools as well as the beach were simply stunning. We enjoyed everything about being there.

Very comfortable, and relaxing. Really enjoyed our stay here.

There was no breakfast included, but there was a full kitchen so we could cook at least.

there were renovations ongoing at one of the condos, causing some noise. some basics like dishwashing liquid could be helpful when there is a kitchen
