The location is excelent; you can walk around om any direction and find all sorts of establishments (restaurants, cafés, stores, malls), with the Mercado Central a couple of blocks away, and even the Hard Rock Café is within comfortable walking distance. The hotel looks new, and very nice; it has a restaurant and a bar. The room was neither big nor small, but the bathroom was very spacious and comfortable. The view from the room was nice as well. Finally, the staff were great; they were very helpful in helping me find what I needed, not to mention that they let me do a late check-out free of charge because I mistakenly set my alarm clock an hour too late. Obrigado, galera!

The only 2 things I wasn't too happy about is that the mini-fridge was too noisy, and that you have to pay for parking, though the fees weren't exorbitant. Other than that it was wonderful!

The hotel is amazing, well located, and has one of the best breakfast we can find in a hotel, by far!

I don't like the fact the beds are split. They say you'll have a queen bed, but that's not the case, since are two small bed put together, and it's not that comfortable

The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was very tasty, and with a lot of varieties. Wifi was very good.

They didn’t have our booking through booking.com so we wait a while to see what they would offer, they said it was fully booked and upgraded us to a family room (very small) so a least we had a room. But it was an inconvenient situation. The receptionist was new so he got nervous with the process and wanted to charge the amount for the night, gladly his manager said to charge what we had booked in the first place. The manager was a bit rude. The cleaning maid was talking very loud very early in the morning in the hallway, with no respect for those who wanted to sleep and wasn’t checking out. The hotel is on a busy street so it's terrible to leave and stinks smoke cigarettes. Be aware.

Nice clean room, high up as requested. Reception staff were very helpful, particularly when I need help with translation. Location is good, near shops and metro station.

Windows are not all glass. One panel is just louvered, which lets in street noise.

Very comfortable rooms, and the bathroom was really nice. The shower was so big and the water pressure is great, which is really nice after a long day. Breakfast was pretty good too!

Breakfast area got pretty crowded on Friday morning, and didn't feel very covid-safe... could have less tables available, or ask guests to check in a time-window to go in for breakfast.

- Good variety of breads, both salty and sweet - Scrambled eggs and sausages were very tasty - The carrot bread was soft and tasty, too - The orange juice was sweet and had a nice temperature - Coffee and milk were hot

- The fruits were a little sour, not so sweet - The bologna had some gooey stuff on it, on the Sunday - There could have been some sugar-free options, both my dad and I are diabetic, and we couldn't have anything sweet for breakfast
