checkin was a little slow, reception was generally crowded, it was a little uncomfortable. Maybe because of the holidays.

Internet 🛜 could be better (stronger and faster)

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location. Super clean.

The wifi was unstable and the room's noise isolation needs to get better.

The room in 18th floor did not have a working air conditioner.

Temperature. Heater is too small and doesn't cover entire loft.

* Location is excellent and safe. * The apartment is very spacious. * The breakfast is good, with fresh fruits and nice bakery. * The view from the room was amazing. * The room was very clean.

* The reception was messy when I arrived. A lot of people talking and laughing, interrupting the receptionist who couldn't concentrate on my checkin. * Some receptionists weren't friendly or professional during our stay. * The building needs urgent restoration. * Elevators are very old and slow. * Showers and faucets didn't work properly. * There were water shortages for 2 days in a row. * No microwave oven in the room. * Very old TV. I wasn't able to watch my streaming or even YouTube. * Some plugs were falling apart from the walls. I used to stay on that hotel from 1997 to 2001 and had very good memories of my stays there. So it was really sad to see how it is today. Really hope the owners will read this and try to make it good again.

I’ve stayed at this location about 12 different times. Why does check in still take 15 minutes? Too slow. And the internet connection is absolutely horrible 👎🏼 Please sort it out!!
