This hotel was within walking distance of the pedestrian street, the cathedral and the old quarter (Ordem). The neighbourhood was quite quiet and seemed to be more of office buildings, but there were a number of restaurants around and a supermarket one block away (near Osorio Park). Check-in was smooth though a translation app was needed since no one spoke English. Not a big problem. There were elevators to rooms. The room was a reasonable size, the lighting was good and the bed comfortable. There was an airconditioner but I didn't use it since the outside temperature was so lovely, I left the windows open. That however meant that traffic noise was unavoidable. Even with windows closed, there was still some traffic noise. There was a proper desk and power points at both the desk and beside the bed. Wifi was good. There was a mini-refrigerator and a mini-safe. But there was no kettle. The bathroom's fixtures were in good working order. Water pressure was good, hot water came through quite quickly and drainage was good. Towels were clean though a bit worn. Breakfast was a good spread of buffet with a few hot items including quiche. It boasted of home-made jams too. I would stay here again. It wasn't in the luxury category but it was good value for money.

The floor was a little dusty underfoot when I checked in, but it seemed cleaner on the following days. The road is busy and there is some traffic noise. but it wasn't a big problem for me.

We stayed in a spacious suite with our family. There is no heater in the room and we felt a bit cold, but in Brazil is not that common to have heater even in cold cities. Location is safe and very central with malls, groceries, banks, supermarkets, cinemas, bars and restaurants. Very good breakfast too with a wonderful and helpful staff. We paid an extra fee to park our rental car in the hotel and they offer a very convenient valet service.

Bathroom could be a bit better in cleaning, specially in the shower area. Shower takes some min to have hot water and sometimes the volume of hot water was very low, despite the bathroom seems renovated.

The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean and the size of the room is really good. Beds are comfortable. Good location and the price was also really good.

I could not open the windows well, only a little. The windows are very tiny so due traffic can be noisy.

The cleanness of the room, staff and location were key for me! The kitchen staff was amazing on my crazy hours.

There's nothing I didn't like.

The breakfast was good, the people are very polite and friendly, the bed was comfortable and the location of the hotel was very good near the center. The shower was amazing, really hot and the room was very clean.

The only thing that wasn't good about it was the wifi signal at the room, I told it about it and the people from the hotel clarified that they were aware of the problem and that they called someone to fix it on the next week, but for my stay the signal was very bad.

The staff was amazing. All front desk receptionists, especially Mr. Cristian were very thoughtful and helpful with the arrangements for the city tour. The ladies from the restaurant were also very helpful and nice

The place seems to be passing through remodeling, there were a few roles in the sealing of my room floor for electrical installations or something...

stayed in the first floor, street was too noisy. unfortunately hotel can’t control it. next time will request higher floor level.
