The hotel is great. The staff is Excellent.

The room needs a decent fridge, not one for a hotel. The lighting SUCKS and they need more! Super dim. Also they have NO accessible plugs! No ggod place to plug in to charge your phone or to work for example. You can tell the owner does the bare minimum like all other Brasilian owners. The hotel saves it though. Just DON'T book the larger room that lies about having a king bed (really 2 twins), and DON'T deal with the owner 1/4 quarto because they are HORRIBLE!!

The reception people where awesome and super attentive and helpful! Always positive and very helpful. It was clean and had a great bathroom. Good bed.

Had NO IDEA this was in a hotel! They provided NO information about that or HOW to enter the property or get into the room. So I showed up with NO information on that. They should be up front about that they are renting rooms of a hotel floor. Second, they provided NOTHING TO COOK WITH! - one teeny frying pan and one spatula. I rented an Airbnb because I expect to be able to cook! Otherwise I would have just booked the hotel. Also, the fridge is a hotel minibar filled with crap. So they should have been up front that this isnt a regular Airbnb, but a hotel room booked through Booking/Airbnb. NO space to actually work. No place to eat. So no table or chairs for that. Kind of weird because again, thought we were booking a room that we could cook in, etc. But we made do.

The location is great, near a shopping centre and a great supermarket in the centre of the city.

maybe could have made the room up more often breakfast was only ok, I had it one day, the eggs were good, the coffee and juice were not amazing but everythign else was

Beautiful hotel and friendly staff.

The hotel provided mugs and kettle but no spoon or tea / coffee available in the room.

Good location and nice room.

This is not a hotel. It is a outsourced floor in a Slaviero hotel. So, the first problem is that my Uber driver could not find the place, as there is no sign. Reference photos are photoshopped, so they did not help as well. After checking in, I found out I had to pay extra if I wanted the room to be cleaned, or if I needed new towels. The door key had to be replaced almost every day, and it would take up to 20 minutes of wait. All that, for me, could not qualify as 4 stars.
