This was a great choice for my work trip to Curitiba, so much so that I booked again at a later trip. I liked the hotel a lot especially as I booked the room with the mini kitchen and living room. Service was outstanding and I much enjoyed my visit, even if it was for work. The wifi in the room enabled me to work from the room, which was also a time-saver.

The room was a great size - fantastic desk for working on, large comfy bed. The wifi was pretty good. Breakfast was decent. The staff we super helpful. I left an item in the room and they arranged to have it shipped back to me, which was a lifesaver!

The elevators were a bit of a pain. Only 2 - really small - slow elevators, for a large, tall hotel. I wasted a fair amount of time waiting for elevators, I reckon.

I've booked from Booking and I asked for a breakfast rate, however when I arrived at the hotel the reservation was without breakfast, I was told to call booking to fix it, however it was a quick business travel I didn't have the time to do so. Moreover it was written on Booking reservation that hotel included parking, and I had to pay parking in the hotel.

Cozy, spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Great location, clean rooms and bathroom, and nice friendly staff. We didn't have breakfast, but the restaurant seemed nice. Very close to the Athletico Paranaense stadium, ~12 minutes walking.

Our check-in process was just a bit long (around 30 minutes) because the person helping us wasn't fully familiar with the system and process yet. He was very friendly, but staff should be better trained before helping guests with the process, if it's something that can take so long.

Staff were kind and helpful, the cleaning was excellent.

Wifi gave a lot of problems and was not the fastest, it's complicated to access the HDMI on the screen, the balcony have the air conditioning exhaust in, so the noise and hot air being blown on you kinda breaks the mood of being "out". Gym is small and not so equiped. in the bedroom the bathroom door was old, damaged and noisy. air conditioning system looks old, in general i think they could be better in the aesthetics giving the stars and location.

The swimming pool was not available because it was closed for maintanence. This is an important information. I should have been informed before. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was the swimming pool. I paid for something that was offered and we could not use it. Transparence is very important, if I knew before, I would have chosen another hotel.

the sink in my bedroom was cloged. if you pay nearly 600BRL you expect to get at least complimentary water in the room
