Amazing bedroom and staff was very kind and attempt! The location is super convenient in terms of being close to everything, although the Batel district is really not picturesque so it depends what you're looking for. But the hotel was great and I would recommend and go again for sure. The room was just great, spacious and beautiful furniture, amazing shower with super strong pressure and very aesthetic overall. Also mega smart tv!

I would have preferred more flexibility with the check in (it's not reasonable to ask to pay for a night to check in before 3pm). I also think that a hotel at this level shouldn't let kids scream like crazy in the swimming pool/spa area where other guests are trying to relax in the massage cabins... It ruined our moment of calm and relax and I felt like I completely wasted the massage money, although the masseauses were very good and kind.

Love the QOYA hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. The services and facilities are great. They were redoing the gym while we were there, so also actively improving that. The food is amazing, the level of English is really good. All in all fabulous experience.

Would love to see the pool expanded and taken care of a little more but it's just nitpicking at this point.

Beautiful design, incredibly friendly staff (everyone, from front desk, to housekeeping, bellman, valet, restaurant, and maintenance!)! Super comfortable beds, high quality linens, good shower pressure!

Beautiful rooms that feel warm and cozy. The hotel looks very modern overall, from the lobby to the bathroom. Staff was super helpful and always welcoming. Breakfast had lots of options and you could also request special dishes. The location is very central with a mall nearby, and is super easy to get by. Heated pool of a decent size, alongside a gym and a spa.

The touch switches to turn the lights on and off were a bit confusing initially when sharing a room, since there were no labels and some of them were “turn off everything” which can be annoying if someone else is still up. After this was sorted out we had no more issues.

Great location and staff. Room looks very modern, and food from the room service is very good.

service could of been a bit better, I needed a 3pm check out and staff was not able to accommodate. I stayed at the São Paulo location and that was no issue. I travel a lot for work and meetings and having a little later check out at 3 helps me be able to shower before going to airport. however overall was good, facility is very nice. I do wish there was a tv in bar area and ordering food to room took a while as well as drinks to room.

Rooms are new, beautifully decorated, with all the amenities working perfectly. The heated pool and saunas were great for the colder days. The locations is great, close to the city center and most tourist attractions, but in a nicer area.

The shower door wouldn’t seal 100% so some water leaked out. The bathroom toiletries were basic, no q tips, cotton pads, details that were expected in a five star hotel.

The bathroom configuration was odd. It felt like the bathroom was in the sleeping area.
