My wife and I spent around 10 days at this hotel. What to say? It was great! Very well located! They had a great breakfast with fruits, cakes, breads, cold cuts, juices, and several more options from the kitchen! Also, it is included a afternoon snack, which is almost as good as the breakfast (you can save up on your dinner)! The staff were very friendly and helpful! the concierge has some great tips for things to do in Fernando de Noronha, also they provide Beach towels and beach chairs if needed! One thing we had was a clothing line outside the room that was very helpful to hang our wet suits from the beach (I believe not all of them has it though)! I could spend way more saying good things about this hotel, but summarizing, it was a great stay, we truly recommend this hotel to anybody travelling to Fernando de Noronha!

Not much we did not like except that the INTERNET CONNECTION were poor! Other than this everything else was great! so basically if you came to the island to have fun and stay away from work it is great, but if you are coming thinking in working remotely from the hotel, it might not be your best option. They could also provide sun guards for the beach, it would help us to save some money!

We had an amazing time in Fernando de Noronha. It’s one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever been. The staff at Pousada da Germana played a major role in the experience we had. Isabel (the concierge) was absolutely delightful from the moment I booked the stay months ahead of our trip till after we had left the island. She is super professional and efficient, helped us book all the activities and resolve any challenges we had. Vinicius at the front desk helped us make reservations every day during our stay. Breakfast was also great and the kitchen staff was lovely.

The staff, especially Ricardo, was very friendly and helpful. I appreciated that they spoke enough English to be able to chat with me and answer my questions, since I don't speak Portuguese. They provided good recommendations and helped arrange transportation to and from the airport. The location was excellent, and the vibe was very relaxed and perfect for what I was looking for. Would definitely return.

Bedrooms sold as triples are on the small side. Information on the national park access and how it works was poor - no information at all and we had to figure it all out ourselves

Wi-Fi signal was very weak and there was no Wi-Fi for several days at one point…apparently this is a common issue around the island.
