As promised, they picked us up at the airport. Nice front desk people, beautiful property, pretty heated pool with a beautiful view. Tasty breakfast and afternoon tea included. The vegetation is gorgeous and exuberant. Shuttle back to the airport.

The hotel (pousada) is a little pricey, like most things in Noronha. It’s better to take a taxi if you want to go a bit far, because the streets get frequently muddy.

The staff was wonderful, and helpful. They were able to accommodate all our needs, help us book trips and transport. The pousada is cared for well, the garden and the pool are well kept. The dining area is clean and air conditioned. The rooms are cleaned every day. The rooms are big enough with plenty of space for storage. The bathrooms are spacious enough to feel comfortable. The air conditioning is super helpful. The pool overlooks praia conceição, although just a limited view of the water. The garden has a clear view of Morro do Pico and makes a great backdrop. It also has a few hammocks and places to lay down. Besides just offering a breakfast with a decent assortment of options, they also have a "chá da tarde" where they serve tea, coffee, and sweets in the afternoon. The location is great. Far enough to be quiet but close enough that you can get to all the desired locations quickly. The center is about a 10 minute walk. It's important to remember that Noronha is minimalistic and nature focused. So relative luxury is price adjusted based on the island's average level.

The afternoon tea/coffee would be better if they had a larger selection of fruit and possibly sweets without milk. Leaving doors and windows open is almost impossible because of the mosquitos.

The entire staff was always ready to support and make the stay very pleasant. Facility is very well taken care of.

Nothing to mention - Lua Bela was an amazing experience!

Reception not available during night, kitchen could be available after breakfast for sandwiches, snacks, drinks in the pool,...

The location is close to everything, the staff help is to book our island tour and boat tour, both were excellent and the kitchen staff were so helpful, every breakfast was like a dream, tapioca with cheese is a must try!

I hope they had free water for the guests to avoid the usage of plastic bottles.

Excellent breakfast, 24-hour pool, trained staff pepared you don't have any worry, from day-trip suggestions, restaurants, buggy rental, etc.

Excellent breakfast, different options every day. Afternoon tea is also very nice, we used it every day. Glass of champagne upon checkin.

Everything was excellent, maybe adding a glass of water would be a nice touch in the room.
