Really good location for a family with small children, only a few minutes walk from the beach. Shops and ice cream parlour nearby. Excellent daily cleaning service by friendly staff, and the room itself was spacious and well thought out. Reception always helpful. Breakfast was excellent every day.

Poor WIFI signal in rooms, some kitchen utensils in cupboards hadn’t been checked and needed a clean before use.

It was overall ok and staff was nice.

There was a lot of ants in the room, which was not nice. Breakfast was supposed to be a buffet, but they asked what you wanted and delivered to the room. Since I chose this stay specially because of the breakfast buffet, it was very sad. Also, they did not always send everything you asked for and some quantities were really small. Facilities are also old and not in the best shape. Wi-fi was also terrible even with not many people in the hotel.

Location close to the beach (3 blocks), restaurants, drugstore and supermarket (just around the corner).

Poor communication in a lousy and noisy environment. After I've booked the room, they sent me a message informing my room didn't have windows. I replied requesting cancelation because I wanted a room with fresh air. The Hotel staff explained the room did have a window, but not a balcony. I accepted it, didn't care for a balcony. During the check in, a gentle Brazilian attendant at the front desk informed breakfast starts at 7h. Once inside the room, what a surprise: there was a window and a balcony!?!?!? The room had worn out furniture and was very exposed to noise coming from the street (note that I was at the top floor) and from the corridor (noisy guests and no staff to stablish limits). Thankfully the noise went down by 23h and we could get some rest. Next day, I went down for breakfast 7:10 and a not gentle Spanish speaker person sent me back saying it was too soon, breakfast only at 7:30. So, choosing between gentle misinformation or rude precise information, I’ve decided never go back there, too much ado about nothing.
