We were a family of 10 people, and 3 rooms, maybe we would have liked to have the rooms closer together , but it was fine.

I really liked the hotel, the breakfast was really good, the beds were comfortable and they even give you a Farewell kit with water and cookies in it. I would stay here again for sure!

Some parts of the hotel are in construction but is a minor detail, we didn´t mind.

The attention of the staff, the main hall, the pool and the garden.

The bathroom is soooooo small, manly at the toilet, at the first floor apaments, the lights of the apartment wasn't working.

The hotel is geared towards kids and families. the breakfast is amazing, the kids program is good, the pools and outdoor space amazing and the best part was the Alceu and Lola room which is themed and so adorable. The characters come to visit in the morning and there are lots of little extras to make the whole experience amazing!

We had two rooms at our stay. One normal hotel room and a themed room. The hotel in general is a bit older and needs to be updated - the regular room didn’t look like the pictures, but the themed room was amazing! If they expanded some of the theme into the regular rooms it would be amazing! Also we ordered a lot of room service at this hotel and the variety and prices were good, but quality was inconsistent. Some days the food was great and others it was stale.

waiting to fill some of the supplies and overpriced laundry is something that the hotel could look into but it is not a big deal.
