Very cool place to stay and walk around, it feels like an old country home. The staff was very friendly and helped me set up a really unique experience for my girlfriend, which I really appreciated! Also, excellent brownies

Breakfast was amazing! There are plenty of things to do around the property like, walking and watching birds and the hotel itself is a masterpiece of history.

Think that the facilities are not well organized, we were missing the air conditioner control from the room, there was no towel for the pool at the time it was allowed to use it.

Everything. It’s very cozy, classic, lots of places to sit and stay. The location is so beautiful. When we used to come back from the city center, it seemed like we were coming back home.

The massage chair did not accept the bills. I could be there only three times. The TV image and the channels could be better.

There was a stunning hiking trail in the forest around the hotel. Very good breakfast and also in the restaurant in the evening

It's a bit far from Gramado. Swimming pools needs a bit of maintenance

the property is beautiful, the garden is amazing and the pool is excellent and heated , the staff is vey polite and the hotel is super clean

maybe the rooms would need some updating, mainly the bathrooms eventhough they are extremely clean
