The breakfast was awesome! didn't expect a complete breakfast like that! the staff were very friendly always and nice view of a lake after you step outside of the hotel!

Well there was not enough parking lot lol, they have a system that you can park anywhere (block another car exit) and you give your keys in the front desk and they move your car if needed.

As it is freezing weather we must wait an average of 10min. to drop hot water down in the shower and taps. My advice is to the hotel to call the tubbing technician to install a return line of water from the last point up to the boiler, it will solve the problem.

The staff too kind and polite.There is a good swimming pool and place for people drink something be alcohol or coffee. Hotel calm and tidy, everybody likes to help you with information of famous places.

The Breakfast are foods and cheap snacks. Almost never internet it is easy to connect, there's no restaurant to have lunch or dinner and the downtown it's far from at the hotel. Me and my girlfriend had to walking so much for to get any restaurant, snack bar or grocery store

The hotel is a good price in a really nice and quiet neighbourhood. Good breakfast, delicious food with various options, all clean and organised. Spacious bedroom, clean and comfy. The staff was really friendly and polite. A short walk distance has a gorgeous place to eat good food and drink, we had a good time with family there. All the hotel premises are really cosy.

The lack of internet signal in our bedroom was a shame, also we felt that the bathroom, which was really nice size with a nice shower wasn't that clean, we found some dirt on the floor and the window there was broke, it wasn't possible to close, at night as it was a windy night we had that noise in the background, but with the door closed, it was okay. The parking area in the basement it was leaking everywhere, we don't know if it was sewer or clean water.
