The location is wonderful. The bathroom has a good size, a good shower. It was a silent room, far from the elevator. Although we have to pay the parking lot, you may check out and let your car there with no extra costs.

Breackfast. The place was too crowded, with no table availables. Nobody was trying to help the guests and organize the order, since there was no space to everybody in the restaurant. Besides, it seemed there was no one looking for what needs to be replaced in the buffet.

the hotel is very well located, everything is very clean and tidy. breakfast is great, lots of options and well served! the restaurant is good, good food, good value. the staff were very nice and helpful. Lincoln was of great help and education with us every morning, that helped to brighten our day.

I said that breakfast is very good, and it is, but there was one day, a Wednesday, and it kind of seemed that the chef was on his day off, some items missing, cakes badly cooked, and a few other things that didn’t keep the standard of the others days, but it was still ok. the staff was really nice except for a few ladies that helped with breakfast and cleaning the tables, that don’t even answer your good morning greeting, thats a pitty, because the reception and all the rest of the staff were very nice and helpful. Lincoln was of great help and education with us every morning, that helped to brighten our day after the non greeting ladies.

The location is just perfect. The room was clean, very comfy and the breakfast have a good variaty of options.

The price charged for the water was too expensive and the elevator was dirty. Nothing that would cause any problem with our staying, but worthy mentioning.

The hotel is great! The best part is the staff, they're super polite and respectful, always ready to help. Breakfast is really, really good. The room is fine with a comfy bed and hot shower!

The gym could be well-equipped.
