The room was excellent and overall all the facilities were spotless clean. The Valet parking service staff and parking facilities were excellent at the hotel. If I had children they would have loved the movie theater and the games room.

The restaurant food was good though the installations are a little bit too minimalist, and do not invite to stay long or have dinner at the place. In addition I would suggest to the the hotel to include a place set out like the lobby in terms of furniture an sitting opportunities, that people can go to enjoy with friends and sit at in the evening without having to be either at the bar or restaurant, or leave the place to be in a more private setting.

The hotel is amazing, great from the start. Staff very friendly. The size of the room is big and there are TV's in all bedrooms and in the lounge room. The swimming pools are amazing, the water is so warm, we loved it. There was also a great kids area. The breakfast was amazing.

The only thing is that the parking is paid separately and the location is a bit far from the city centre.

I really liked the rooms and the friendliness of the staff. The games room is cool too.

The space is too small for the number of people it tries to accommodate. For example, to check out you have to wait around 30 minutes to pick up your car and at breakfast there is a lack of food because there are so many people.

The infrastructure and cleanliness is nice. The staff was courteous and the reception desk was available and willing to help as needed.

I tried to call the room service and it didn't work, the pool and coffee rooms were so crowded that I could barely move, the kitchen staff in the morning didn't support the number of people at the same time, it was a little chaotic.

loved the facilities, particularly the heated pool which my family appreciated. The breakfast offerings were great.

Lack of responsiveness from management after sending them an email to complain about a massive stain on the cushion and coming back to a room that was not cleaned.

I got this specific hotel because of the jacuzzis, when I got there only one was working, but wasn’t hot enough. I was very disappointed about that

Front desk ok, valet parking ok, luggage handling ok, low noise, good shower, nice lobby, dinner too simple, but the service from Felipe makes everything better. overall only the food is not worthy including the breakfast. And nobody approached us to sell rooms. Very good!

Excelent breakfast. friendly staff, clean and lovely view. The swimming pool with thermal water make a huge difference.

The Pool and the Breakfast were Amazing. But the service at the Bar at the pool was very dissapointing.

The Room was tinny and had very few space for my family including one baby 3 years old one child 05 years of age, my wife and I.

Very well located: 5 min drive from downtown Gramado: stores, restaurants and city attractions. Clean, beautiful, awesome pools and kind staff. Great breakfast!

A little annoying having the hotel commercial folks trying to sell the hotel membership several times... you may accept the meeting to earn tickets for the Aqualand and Snowland though...
