Room was a bit small and I wish the property was closer to the beach, but otherwise the hotel was very nice. Food was excellent, the staff was friendly and helpful. Most spoke English.

We decided to stay an extra night and the price they charged us for the extra night was WAY more expensive that our pre-booking price. I guess they knew we wanted to stay and could charge us a ridiculous mark-up. Pretty disappointing they would do that.

Beautiful location, breakfast was great every day. Caipirinhas were well made and at a reasonable price, and the fresh fruit juice and coconut water at the poolside bar were delightful. Also very pleasantly surprised when the owner came and had a chat with us on the first night and gifted us an excellent 10 year old bottle of Cachaça! There was one slight worry moment when I had some clothes laundered and hadn't filled in the form and they hadn't arrived back on the morning of the wedding I was there for but they were found and returned to me by noon.

Most of the staff didn't speak any English, so a lot of communication had to be done over Google translate.

Excellent breakfast. Super friendly staff. Super clean and comfortable room with an amazing scent. The hotel provide excellent facilities. Tennis, pool, sauna, tv room, bar, kids area! Some beautiful bird watching outside on the table pool. It is a must stay place if you are in Ilha Bela. Enjoy!

I absolutely loved everything about this property, the room was so clean and beautiful and so well kept everyday for us. The staff was especially exceptional, and I am also a huge dog lover so that was the icing on the cake for me. The way the property is designed is so beautiful I would love to return one day!

Coming with my mother in law who had some mobility challenges, the set of stairs to get to the room always took some time - an elevator would be a great addition.

Beautiful facility, incredibly helpful and welcoming staff. Very short walk to the village for restaurants and night life. Felt very, very safe throughout my stay. Excellent value.
