Room was quiet and it appeared to have been recently cleaned, probably the day before we arrived. Bathroom was very clean. Good selection of snacks, drinks, and an assortment of "I left it at home" electronic needs.

Except for many_many dead ants on counters and on the floor, we have no complaints. We didn't notice the ants until evening. We surmize that house keeping discovered a line or two of ants and after cleaning the room, they put down so ant poison. All the ants we saw were dead. Very good breakfast

only I have issue with Airport Transfer Hotel Car was 30 minutes late on My schedule, Hotel never communicate you about late transfer I call them two times then thye explain. Second thing was hotel never reply your message and email, if you want some Information about transfer or othere things better you call them directly.

fast friendly check-in. basic room, however we chose twin beds and pushed them together, so had a queen (recommended this and not book a double) beds are really comfortable, room is very dark at night. Great nights sleep. also recommend, request an odd number room, they back onto fields and not the highway so very quite. dinner was lovely buffet style home cooked food. they also have a bbq food available. breakfast also good with great variety. staff very friendly and helpful. dog friendly

location a bit remote but only 15 minute drive to the airport.

The location is ok if you want something close to the airport, but if you take a taxi you still have to pay a toll because the hotel is located on the other side of the motorway.

The structure and ambience of the hotel is what you can expect from an executive or short term stay. However, it needs more detail in cleaning and restaurant customer services.

Employees went above and beyond. They were amazing, from reception to restaurant.

Old bathroom Air conditioning was on the minimum but it wasn’t working properly. Same thing at the gym.

Good breakfast

The three messages I sent the property through Booking about the free shuttle service were not received, with the result that I spent 103 reais on a taxi from Viracopos Airport. The hotel reimbursed just over half of this by cancelling my dinner bill.

Easy access on the road. Kind and gentle staff. The breakfast is good with a variety of options. Clean and good. The hotel is very cost-effective.

The location may be an issue, depending of the city you are going to. But in general is a very good location.
