The soundproof window keeps most of the noise from entering the room.

Bad noise isolations from walls, floors, and room doors. You can hear stairwell door banging all night when it's windy, also when someone from a room around you takes showers.

Good food and room service, easy and simple access to the room and floor, staff provided everything I needed and replied all my questions on spot.

During my stay the hot water wasn't enough for the amount of people taking a shower at the same time. Even though it was on its highest setting, it wasn't able to stay warm. There should be a blanked already available in every room for the colder days, a staff knocked at my door to provide one. I also could hear some neighbours conversation during night and alarm clock in the morning. There also should be a door hanger saying do not disturb, meaning that I don't want my room to be cleaned in the morning, while I'm out. I advise to change the cord on the phone, there was a lot of static on the phone by the bed. And I don't know if a small leakage in the bathroom was from a hoose in the intimate shower or the toilet itself.

breakfast is great!

the bathroom wall looked dirty. the hotel could offer some fruits, cookies or cake when guests returns to the hotel after work.... maybe a tea or a coffe would be also great. I the bar I see some snack but not attractive or natural.

The breakfast is very varied and has a very good presentation. Besides, there are many opotions to be choosen.

In one of the days, in the room beside mine, there was a lot of late-night noise.
