The room was much nicer compared to even more expensive hotels I’ve stayed at in São Paulo state. It was quiet, with a large, comfortable bed and a good air conditioner. The view from the window was amazing. The breakfast wasn’t the fanciest but was still tasty, decent, and sufficient. The location was convenient, with a supermarket and a large shopping mall nearby, as well as a lovely bar across the street. If I ever visit Jacareí again, I’m definitely staying at this hotel.

Room service was only available during the morning hours, which made it difficult to get my room cleaned since I was sleeping after working night shifts. When they did clean, the quality was rather mediocre. The quality of the Wi-Fi internet was simply awful, with download and upload speeds of about 2 Mbps and 0.5 Mbps. Sometimes, I couldn’t get it to work at all.

We arrived late at night and the friendly welcome was much appreciated. The hotel stands tall and strong in the middle of a busy city. The interior was clean, safe and very welcoming. Lots of room to sit and use the internet and very modern and updated. The breakfast was outstanding, a huge buffet of plentiful options to chose from and very nicely organized. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone! Business, family, couple, etc. It's perfect for everyone.

Very helpful staff, easy parking, good breakfast & restaurant! It would be great to see a dessert menu added in the future (or at least an ice cream selection!) but no complaints, just a suggestion! :)

The Location is really good. Very central and close to shopping centre. The staff is always helpful and friendly. the breakfast have fresh fruit and a very nice cappuccino. Also, it is very quite and clean.

for a 3 star this estate went above and beyond. great breakfast. the manager mr Ernesto was very kind it’s my 3 rd visit to ibis jacarei and the standard is very good very clean

Lack of shelves/drawers in the bedroom. Lighting could be better above the mirror in the bedroom.
