Awesome breakfast options for the entire family, great location in front of CTA and Dutra interstate road. The staff were kindly and helpful as expected for a high-end hotel. The bedroom seems recently renewed and fulfilled my needs without further conversations, they are excellent.

My only point that should improve is the need for a valet service for the parking lot as when I arrived with two kids I had to leave them at the hotel room with my wife to park at a quite far away parking lot what should be solved with a valet service.

Breakfast every day the same, might not be a problem for a short stay but when staying longer it gets a bit dull. The roads nearby are quite loud but this is not a problem when the windows are closed.

Easy access from the highway, clean room, English speaking staff. We spent one night driving from Rio de Janeiro to GRU airport, to catch the AM flight the following day. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool. This hotel was perfect for our purpose.

The room is comfortable and clean. The shower is great and they offer good shampoo and conditioner and a hair dryer. The pool is warm and great for the kids. Playground and recreation too. The kids love it there. The breakfast was even better than the last times we stayed there. Staff super polite.

Staff Food Location

Interior is a bit tired. You don’t need a full remodel to buff out streaks and scratches or to touch up flaked off paint.

The best hotel in São José dos Campos. Nice firm mattress, nice breakfast, awesome restaurant, nice swimming pool, staff extremely professional, awesome pressure of water, more expensive than other hotels yes but much better than the others so at the end a very good price for what you get.

The baseboard of the wall was damaged, warped, giving a sense of abandonment. Please fix it, doesn't make sense such a nice hotel with this little problems.

The breakfast and the location were fine, besides it was good to have a very nice mall centre very close to the hotel (7-10 minutes walk)

the tub in the master suite should be changed it was old and many of the pieces of the tub is broken. the tub needs to be replaced.
