The staff was amazing, always available to help. My friends and I booked the same rooms but I didn't get a room on the second floor, I received a 1st floor room by the restaurant, not ideal as the outside area is not suitable to sit in. The restaurant, patio and location is great!

Rooms on the first floor are not the best. Although 2nd floor rooms you have to carry your bags up, no elevator. The balcony is worth it.

The relax atmosphere was great, swimming pool and jacuzzi warm. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times, especially Juliana. The breakfast was great, hot food scrambled eggs, quiche and cut sausages in tomato sauce( typical in most hotels here) love the fruit and plenty of cakes and breads. The hotel is modern and clean at all times. The rooms are perfect, comfy beds, good hot water pressure in the shower, offer a beach equipment (chairs and umbrella) keep in your balcony. You can sign in your Netflix in your room. Good connection to WiFi. The hotel is two blocks from the beach, surrounded with bars, restaurant and shops, great location.

I can’t think m if anything don’t like. Suggest adding bacon to the breakfast menu.

I liked the location close to the beach, the heated pool, and the fact that there were also dinner options, very practical. I stayed for one night as I was just passing through; it was perfect for that purpose. Otherwise, I think it is better suited for families with children.

The pousada is pretty large, it felt rather anonymous.

Very comfortable hotel. The installations such as restaurants, pool and the staff are great.

Initially the lower level was not a good option and the cleaning was not good. However the staff promptly moved us to the 2nd floor in a very comfortable room. The parking was a little complicated due to a refurbishing in the building.

Friendly staff and very convenient to have the chairs and sun-umbrella available in order to bring them to the beach with us. Good AC system

Bathroom was not a highlight, a bit of re-work could be done to make it nicer

The pool that was advertised in the booking looks way bigger then it actually is and there are only 5 parking stalls on the property so street parking you would have to do .

The breakfast is superb! Room, lobby and external area are extremely clean, hard to spot a grain of sand, amazing for a beach hotel. The staff is very friendly and kind.

A bit too noisy during the weekends, but acceptable given the location and seasonality.
