Very attentive and welcoming staff. Room with TV with some cable channels, air conditioning and minibar. Bathroom with strong and hot shower. Wi-Fi works reasonably well in the room, but for downloads or uploads it is slow. Good pool, but as advertised, it is not heated, so don't expect hot water. The hotel provides towels and beach chairs, which helps a lot. Breakfast is very good: fruits, milk and juices, cakes, eggs, tapioca, waffles.

The room does not have closets to store clothes or accessories, which is a problem. During the night, some cats would scream in the garden, and there is also a neighboring house right next to the hotel, which made it a bit difficult to sleep. The hotel is not very close to the beach, nothing too critical, just a 10-minute walk. The beach in Maresias is a bit deteriorated, with lots of dogs peeing and pooping on the sand, which is not nice. That's why we went to other nearby beaches, which are better preserved.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they sent us WhatsApp communications before our stay. The room was so clean, and the property is very pretty. The breakfast was excellent, with wonderful freshly made bread and cakes. The location was reasonable.

The glass balcony door of our room looked onto the main pool/breakfast area. We were woken up very early in the morning (5/6am) by the staff laughing and talking so loudly and setting up breakfast. We were there for a relaxing stay but instead our sleep was disturbed. Very disappointing and something that could easily be avoided if the staff were more courteous of the guests.

the staff was extremely friendly and helpful! the breakfast had a great variety of choices and everything I tried tasted delicious!

it is a pet friendly hotel and some people brought dogs which couldn’t behave appropriately and should have stayed at home. However, it is not the hotel’ fault.

Nice garden area with 2 pools. short walk to lovely beach with plenty of facilities. Very helpful and friendly staff. Homemade breads at breakfast.

There is too much mosquitos and no repellent to avoid , also the fact to have big dogs around is not so nice
