The beach front hotel room was very good, quiet and far from the pools. The room was air conditioned and included a fan. A bit far from the lobby, but this was expected considering the size of the Resort. The beach is pristine, the ocean water warm and the waves wonderful for surfing or just playing with. The Prestige Area is where we spent most of our time, it is well worth the extra cost, service and drinks are top notch. The Dinner Reservation Restaurants are all worth mentioning, very good food and service.

Hot water temperature in our bathroom was very low, and the ventilator did not work. None of these two requests were solved during our stay. No elevator, so third floor could be a problem for some. The buffet (breakfast, lunch) could be a bit monotonous.

The gym was like a commercial gym - fabulous. It truly was all inclusive- no exceptions, no forms to complete, no hidden charges. Pool’s awesome. Friendliness of staff - super lovely and they had fun at work which was lovely to see. WiFi was amazing!

It’s tricky when only a few people speak English. Shame about the jelly fishes on the sea!

The location was very peaceful and calm. Beautiful gardens, the distribution of the different areas of the Hotel are very good and you can easily find everything. We took our three daughters 3, 8, and 9. They loved the kids club where they spent a couple of hours a day playing, swimming, exercising, acting, cooking (pizzas) they even take them to eat and many different activities more like the daily show. Our daughters would rather go to the club instead of hanging out with us; Lol! but they were having a blast with kids their age. The people in charge of the kids club were very friendly, responsible and organized. The food in general is very good and varied; buffet, Asian, Italian, Mediterranean and fast food. We went a couple of times to the Prestige area by the beach and boy was it worth it, top brands of liquor and spirits. The service was superb, here is where we met Valeria she made us feel like VIP customers, very friendly, professional and fun! Overall the hotel, rooms, activities, restaurants, bars are a solid 9. I don’t give my stay a 10/10 because of the beach. The ocean was very rough those days. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will come back.

The beach itself is not suited for snorkeling. Regarding smoking, we were exposed to it in too many places. By the theater, the pool areas, and the beach. Iberostar should make the entire area smoke free.

All ammenities, gym, spa, location, pleaces by the beach, beberages and food quality were awesome. Staff and workers in every area were also amazing.

Expresso Cofee machines for breackfast were most of the time broke. For a cooffe lover in the country of the coffee, it was at least, disspaointing

The location was amazing, we had an oceanfront room, which was surprisingly quiet as there was a lot of activity around the main pool area…depending on what type of vacation you want, I would definitely recommend asking which building you’re in.

The only complaint we had was 2 mornings with cold showers

Pool, room and beach were all fab. So was the food.

They could have cleaned and tidied up the area all along by the front towards the beach. There were often bits of rubbish there and things looked a little messy. The beach furniture was also tired looking.

Beach and pool are awesome.

About the room: pillows could be more confortable and the smoke alarm light annoyed us during the night (it kept blinking during the whole night). The music selection at the pool wasn't good, since they basically played the same tracklist during the whole period.
