Staff was always friendly and helpful, while breakfast was delicious with great variety. In the afternoon, a snack with cake, coffee and tea was served daily. Room was spacious, even with a baby crib, with blackout windows. The pool is much larger than we expected based on the photos

Only minor point is some construction work going on around the hotel area, which made it a bit difficult to walk with our baby's stroller

Everything was great. Beautiful place, with such a nice breakfast. 10 min walking from Praia do Lord with natural pools, perfect for kids. Super nice staff.

Some snacks to order in the evening to just hang out at the bar weren’t great, seemed frozen so I’d recommend eat somewhere else and just enjoy drinks in their beautiful outside space.

Nice hotel, centrally located without being at the noisy main road. Great pool, very clean and solid breakfast buffet. Many families on site, and good drinks at the bar.

Reception staff was generally reluctant to provide advice. No local information upon arrival or tour tips. Friendly for all other inquiries.

The place has a great vibe, super helpful staff and a beautiful pool area. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The property is situated away from the noise of the central area but a short walk away from the action and the beach.

The exceptional breakfast, the wonderful staff and the atmosphere and style of the place (laid back and beautifully decorated). Besides, location was excellent.

Our room was a bit small and we would hear this funny noise from the plumbing whenever opening the sink tap.

booked this hotel for all my friends to attend our wedding. the staff were incredible, friendly attentive and willing to go the extra mile! the hotel had great facilities and we loved every minute of our stay!

Nothinhg in particular, everthing was great, conditions, price, staff. Maybe the only thing I xouod say is the room and bathroom are relatively small, compensated by a nice balcony

Excellent, varied breakfast with some different options each day. The location is perfect for access to the main centre of Praia do Forte and the beaches. The pool is fantastic.

The only small improvement I can think of would have been a bit more light in the room.
